Since these require such specific care and are often baked in limited batches, I recommend checking my current stock or placing a pre-order before you plan your visit to my Vashi kitchen. This collection is my playground. While my sourdough and everyday loaves are the steady foundation of Moi Doughssier, these specialty items are where I get to experiment with global trends and seasonal traditions. Take my Korean garlic buns, for instance. It took time to get the balance right, matching the savoury notes of garlic butter against the subtle sweetness of the cream cheese filling. I do not use commercial improvers or shortcuts, so the texture stays soft but substantial without any weird additives. I also bring in bakes that mark the calendar, like my Hot Cross Buns during Easter. These are spiced, fragrant, and baked strictly for short windows.
