Come by for a slice of our Basque cheesecake and see for yourself, especially when we pour that warm, velvety chocolate sauce right over the caramelized crust. When we started baking in Vashi, our goal was to create a cheesecake that felt indulgent without needing eggs. It took months of testing to nail the Basque style, getting that charred, caramelized top while keeping the center silky smooth. Our NYC-style slices offer a different experience, featuring a dense, rich texture on a buttery biscuit base. Whether you choose the original Basque with our house-made chocolate pour-over or the tangy blueberry-topped New York slice, everything here is made in small batches. We keep the fridge stocked with fresh fruit compotes like raspberry and strawberry to balance the richness. If you are nearby in Navi Mumbai, drop in to see what is fresh in the display case. We often experiment with toppings, like adding the crunch of Kunafa to our pistachio variant, so there is always something new to try. We believe good food is about the details, from the slow-fermented base to the quality of the cocoa we use for our drizzles. ## About Moi Doughssier I'm Nafisa, and this kitchen is my passion project.
