I use hybrid acoustic drums paired with electronic pads and LED-lit instruments so that when I step into the crowd, the performance becomes a full-scale light show. It's meant to keep people dancing long after the traditional sets end, so let's chat on WhatsApp to see how my gear fits your venue size. Dandiya and Garba are all about the rhythm, but I found that most events lack the modern punch to keep the younger crowd engaged for hours. My approach is to mix traditional percussion with my signature 'Bolytech' style—essentially mashing up folk beats with heavy techno, Afro-house, and Bollywood grooves. ### How I Bring the Energy When you book me for a festive event, you aren't getting a background player. I am an interactive performer. I use a combination of professional acoustic Darbukas and Roland SPD-SX electronic pads to ensure the sound is crisp and loud enough for massive grounds or club venues. My instruments are also LED-studded, meaning the stage lights aren't the only thing moving—my gear pulses with the beat. ### What to Expect * **Crowd Interaction:** I don't stay behind a console. I perform in the middle of the crowd to keep the energy levels spiking. * **Visual Spectacle:** Expect LED jackets, masks, and customized percussion rigs that light up the dance floor. * **Custom Sets:** Whether you need traditional Garba loops or a high-energy fusion set for the after-party, I adapt the performance style to match the flow of the night. ### Practical Logistics For my gear to sound right, I have one strict requirement: a 60-minute soundcheck before the guests arrive. This ensures the acoustics and lighting sync properly with the venue’s main sound system. I am based in Delhi NCR but travel across India for large-scale festivals and private celebrations. ## About Mohsick I'm Mohsick, an ex-engineer who traded spreadsheets for drumsticks. My job is simple: to make sure the energy in the room is at 100% until the very last beat.
