Whether you are training for the Pro Kabaddi League or recovering from a ligament tear at my clinic, we start with a clear, honest assessment of your current level. I look at your movement patterns, your strength, and your discipline, because that is where the real player is built. My journey from the village to working with the Sports Authority of India (SAI) was not about luck. It was about *mehnat* (hard work). I started this academy with one goal: to guide players who have the hunger to succeed but need the right platform to reach the National and Pro Kabaddi levels. ### My Philosophy At the core of everything I do is *anushasan* (discipline). Whether I am running residential kabaddi training or managing sports physiotherapy sessions at my clinic in Sector 9, Gurugram, my approach remains practical.
