Here, we live, eat, and breathe Kabaddi so you can focus entirely on your game. ## Photos and videos - [Video: This is what our players eat on a Sunday evening. Shahi Paneer with special garlic naan. We do not just train; we provide a full-time residential setup with a diet plan specifically designed for athletes, ensuring your body gets the nutrition it needs after a day of heavy practice. Success on the mat does not happen by accident. It is built in the hostel, in the canteen, and through the discipline you maintain when no one is watching. Our residential program at the RB Tower is designed to remove every distraction, letting you focus only on Kabaddi. ### Why a Residential Setup? Most players fail because they lack consistency in their diet and rest. When you live at our academy, you are part of a controlled environment. We have shared rooms with CCTV security, providing a safe space to rest after back-to-back training sessions. ### Nutrition for Recovery Kabaddi is a physically demanding sport that breaks down muscle fibers. Our in-house canteen provides a balanced North Indian diet that focuses on protein and complex carbohydrates. You will get breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We also believe in small morale boosters—that is why you get specials like Shahi Paneer every Sunday. This is not about luxury; it is about keeping you motivated for the week ahead. ### The Rules of the House Discipline is non-negotiable. Whether you are working on your raider footwork or mastering a block as a defender, the intensity of the game requires a disciplined life. We limit our intake of students so I can personally keep an eye on every player's routine. If you are looking for a place to put in the hard work, you have found it. ## About Mohit Narwal Kabaddi Academy I am Mohit Narwal, and I run this academy because I want my students to have the platform I built from scratch.
