In a drill, you repeat a move until it is perfect. In our intramural games, the pressure is real, the scoreboard is running, and your opponent is trying to stop you. We run these internal leagues because you cannot learn how to hold your nerve under a tackle unless you are actually playing against someone trying to break you. Drills are the foundation, but the tournament is where the player is truly born. Every athlete can look good against a stationary target, but can you execute that same move when you have seconds left on the clock and the opposition defense is closing in? My academy in Sector 9, Gurugram, operates differently because I know what the Pro Kabaddi League scouts are looking for. They do not just watch your fitness; they watch your decision-making in a live game. Our intramural tournaments run over five days, featuring six distinct teams battling for the trophy. We play both on sand and synthetic mats to ensure you are ready for any surface. Participating in these leagues is non-negotiable for students aiming for state-level or national championships. You will face different playstyles from your own teammates, learn to handle the noise of the crowd, and discover how to manage your energy throughout a full match. Whether you are a raider perfecting your escape or a defender working on chain tackles, these matches force you to adapt. If you think you are ready to be tested, you are in the right place. ## About Mohit Narwal Kabaddi Academy I am Mohit Narwal, and I have seen many good athletes fail because they panic during a real raid. My academy is not just about gym work; it is about putting you in high-pressure match situations day after day. If you want to play for the Pro Kabaddi League, you need to know how to handle the heat of the game.
