Our approach is simple, focusing on pure vegetarian food cooked using high-quality sunflower oil or pure ghee, without artificial preservatives. Winter Specials: Our Surti Undhiyu is the highlight of the winter season, prepared with fresh papdi, purple yam, and methi muthiya. It is the real taste of home for Gujaratis in Bangalore.
