All made with rock salt, as per tradition. - Uttrayan means winter cravings - you’ll get our famous homemade winter undhiyu, hot patra, lilwa kachori, plus Gajar Halwa and melt-in-mouth jalebis. - On Holi, I handle the snacks and drinks so you just do masti. Traditional Holi snacks like Pav Bhaji, Dabeli, Gujiya, and cooling Thandai are on the menu. - Raksha Bandhan is all about mithai - we roll out a big sweet spread. Srikhand, Basundi, Kaju Katli, and even sugar-free ladoos. ### Seasonal Hits - In winter, our Surti Undhiyu is a must-try.
