Whether it is a small family gathering or a high-profile event, my involvement remains the same. I am the one on the floor, checking every plate and anticipating the guest's need before they even realize it, which is why families and leaders continue to call on me for their celebrations. Building trust in the catering industry is not about the awards on the wall, but about the reliability shown at the venue. When artists like Anup Jalota tell me they visit Delhi specifically to eat our chaat, or when designers like JJ Valaya entrust us with their family events, it confirms that we are doing something right. My approach is simple: I treat every event as if it were my own. I know that when you are hosting—whether it is a wedding at Amara Farms or a private dinner—the last thing you want to worry about is the kitchen. That is why I personally oversee every service, from the temperature of the appetizers to the flow of the buffet. We frequently cater for: * High-profile private events and political gatherings * Weddings and pre-wedding functions in Delhi NCR * Corporate celebrations requiring precise, timely execution * Family milestones where food is the center of attention We do not operate with a factory mindset. If you look through our work, you will see a recurring theme of personal attention. Whether it is assigning a shadow host for your guests or ensuring specific dietary needs for Marwari or Bania families are handled with care, we focus on the details that make a party run smoothly. If you have been looking for a catering partner who understands that your reputation is on the line as much as mine, let us talk. ## About Modern Catering I am Varun Khullar. For me, catering is not just about the menu; it is about building a relationship of trust with every family I serve. Whether you are hosting a small dinner or a grand wedding, I personally oversee the details so you can truly enjoy your day.
