Whether I am serving a cabinet minister or a royal family, my team is trained to be invisible yet attentive, ensuring that the service never interrupts the conversation, only enhances the experience. My work with leaders and royals is built on a simple promise: consistency. When you are managing an event for someone in the public eye, you cannot afford to have a bad day. My team and I understand the rhythm of these gatherings, specifically the need for privacy, the requirement for discreet service, and the expectation that every dish arrives at exactly the right temperature. We have handled everything from intimate family dinners for fashion figures like JJ Valaya to high-security engagements for senior politicians. The logistics of these events require a level of preparation that goes beyond standard food service. It involves working with security details, managing strict timelines, and adapting our setups to suit secure venues or private estates. It also means preparing menus that can be served elegantly under tight conditions where speed and silence are paramount. When you serve high-profile guests, you often need to balance classic favorites with modern innovation. Our Dilli-6 street food counters, for instance, are often requested because they offer a sense of nostalgia that appeals even to the most seasoned traveler. We pair this with international live stations, like our parmesan wheel pasta, to provide a rounded culinary experience that satisfies every palate. Regardless of the status of the guest, my approach remains grounded. I am always on the floor, personally checking the pasta station, observing the circulation of starters, or ensuring the VIP butler service is functioning. We do not just send a catering team; we send a representative of Modern Catering to take responsibility for your reputation. If you are looking for a partner who understands that your event is a reflection of your standing, you have come to the right place. ## About Modern Catering I am Varun Khullar, and for me, catering is about building a relationship that lasts long after the plates are cleared. I personally oversee every detail of your event, whether it is an intimate gathering or a high-stakes corporate gala, to ensure it feels exactly how you envisioned.
