We don't just set up a buffet; we create a live experience where the smell of charcoal and the sight of chefs at work get guests talking before they even take the first bite. For me, authentic Indian catering is about more than just the ingredients. It is about the theater of food. When we recreate the Dilli-6 experience, we do not just serve food; we bring the vibe of Old Delhi to your venue. You will see our chefs tossing spices, grilling kebabs on live charcoal, and serving everything while it is still hot and flavorful. My approach to menus is flexible. If you want a royal Awadhi spread, I focus on the texture of the Galouti kebabs and the richness of the Peshawari Mutton Seekh, cooked to order so your guests get that distinct smokiness. If you prefer the energy of modern Indian street food, I combine that traditional taste with refined presentation, such as serving chaat in bite-sized portions that are easy to eat while mingling. We pay attention to the small things that actually change the experience. We use bespoke plating and themed setups, like our brass and gold finishing, to ensure the food looks as good as it tastes. Whether it is a small family gathering or a large celebration, I stay involved to ensure the service is as good as the food.
