Whether I am managing a meal for a cabinet minister or a close family gathering, I stay on the floor to ensure that the service remains invisible, efficient, and consistent. The trust I have earned from families and public figures comes down to reliability. When I take on an event, I bring a level of focus that goes beyond the menu. It is about anticipating the needs of the host before they ask. My team follows a specific protocol for shadow service, which means someone from my crew is always assigned to the immediate family, ensuring water, food, or any request is handled instantly. This practice is standard for me, whether I am at a venue like Amara Farms or a private residence. Clients value this because they know that when I am present, they do not need to look over their shoulder. I handle the logistics, the staff, and the food flow, allowing them to focus entirely on their guests. My menu is never a copy-paste job, as I insist on understanding the regional preferences of the family and the guest list before finalizing the spread. This is why I have been invited to return for events across the country. ## About Modern Catering I am Varun, the face behind Modern Catering. I do not manage events from an office, but rather, I am the one on the floor, ensuring that every plate served meets the standard I promise.
