My specialty is bringing the authentic flavors of Purva Bharat to your table, whether you want our signature Khasi mutton curry, classic Odia sweets like Chhenapoda, or a full thali spread. If you are nearby in Koramangala, you can even host your gathering at my pet-friendly event space. My approach to catering is simple: I prepare everything from scratch using family recipes. Because I believe in quality over quantity, I prefer to work on a pre-order basis. This allows me to ensure every Rasagola is soft and every Mutton curry has that slow-cooked, homemade depth. ### What I Bring to Your Event - **Traditional Sweets:** My kitchen is known for soft Rasagola, Baked Rasagola, and wood-fire baked Chhenapoda. These are perfect as dessert counters or return gift boxes for guests. - **Homestyle Meals:** I provide full-service catering for weekend events, including the popular Khasi Mutton Curry and low-oil Veg Thalis. Every dish is seasoned with the balance of spices I grew up eating. - **Snacks & Starters:** If you are hosting an evening meeting or high tea, I can prepare fresh Odia Dahibara AlooDum, Samosa, and Aloo Chop. ### How We Can Work Together I treat your guests like my own family. Since I do not use preservatives or bulk-manufactured batches, I require 24 to 48 hours notice to source fresh ingredients and prepare your menu.
