Because our signature Shadi ki Biryani is slow-cooked over authentic firewood, our team arrives on-site early to set up, ensuring the aroma hits the venue exactly as your guests arrive. We treat the logistical setup with the same care as the cooking. Our approach to wedding catering is built on 38 years of experience in Bangalore. We do not just supply food; we manage the flow of the entire dining experience to match the scale of your event. ### The MK Approach to Weddings * **Firewood-Cooked Biryani:** This is our legacy. We set up mobile firewood stations even at large venues, because we believe the depth of flavor in firewood-cooked mutton biryani cannot be replicated with gas. * **Service Styles:** We cater to all preferences. If you want a traditional self-service buffet with elegant chafing dishes, we handle it. If you prefer a formal sit-down experience where guests are served course-by-course by uniformed waiters, we coordinate the timing to ensure everything arrives piping hot. * **Bangalore & Beyond:** Whether it is a grand reception at White Petals, Palace Grounds, or an outdoor event in a local farmhouse, we have the team size and equipment to scale up or down. ### Practical Details * **Menu Composition:** We specialize in non-vegetarian spreads, but we always include variety. Our standard wedding menus include welcome drinks, a mix of starters, rich main courses like Mutton Marag, and traditional desserts like Muzaffar. * **Logistics:** For weddings with over 200 guests, we recommend our 'Royal Gala' package, which includes live stations like a tea bar and grill, keeping guests engaged between courses. ## About Muneer's MK Caterers Since 1986, we have made catering a central part of Bangalore's wedding celebrations. I believe the food should be as memorable as the event itself, which is why we stick to the old-school firewood method for our biryani and maintain the highest standards of service for every single table.
