We focus on durable, weather-resistant materials that look soft but stand up to the elements, so your terrace remains a place to relax rather than a maintenance chore. Designing for the Mumbai climate is a delicate balance. We prioritize longevity without sacrificing the warm, minimalist aesthetic we are known for. When we approach an outdoor project, whether it is a sprawling terrace or a compact balcony, the goal is to create a seamless transition from your indoor lounge to the open sky. We utilize materials that withstand the intense sun and monsoon. This includes high-performance outdoor fabrics, weather-treated wood-look tiles, and metallic finishes that age gracefully. We also integrate greenery that thrives in our local conditions, ensuring your private oasis remains lush throughout the year. Our process involves thinking about how you will use the space. Is it for morning tea, sunset cocktails, or evening yoga? We zone the layout to accommodate these moments, adding outdoor lighting for mood and specialized storage to hide away essentials. Your balcony should not just be a view you look at through a window, it should be a place you step out to live in. ## About Meenakshi Jessani I see every project as a conversation, not just a job.
