A commercial space is never just bricks and paint for me. It’s a place where people hustle, ideas collide, and culture breathes. I care about making spaces that work with people, not against them - it’s not about fancy stuff, but about what actually helps folks thrive at work.

### How I Build Spaces That Matter

- Human-centric workspace design is my jam. I focus on layouts that are easy to move in, work in, and just feel good to be in.
- Natural light office layouts aren’t just a fad. I plan spaces to be open and filled with daylight, because people need energy, not gloom.
- It’s not just about desks. I create cozy nooks, lively collaboration zones, and chill areas so everyone finds their spot - whether you’re a chatterbox or need your quiet.

### Real Projects, Real Problems Solved

- For a tech office, I kept the heart of the space open, with greens everywhere and flexible pockets for different work moods.
- In a big coworking hub, it’s all about choice: plush sofas, semi-private pods, even themed meeting rooms with a pop of colour.
- In a furniture showroom, I ditched the bland and made it feel like home - using industrial touches and those sweet skylights for warmth.

### My story

Started out solo, doing everything—designing, stressing, learning on the go. Now, MJ Architects is me and six fantastic designers, each bringing their own spark. We’re more like a family, honestly. My mom even painted a mural for one of our projects—super close to my heart. Awards are nice, but working with people I admire, that’s the real win. If you’re building something, take your time. It’s worth it.

- **Rich, Warm Minimalism**: We use earthy textures and warm minimalism—no glossy finishes. Spaces are meant to be felt, not just seen.
