I rely on traditional methods, melting real Belgian chocolate and hand-mixing my batters in small, precise batches. The inspiration comes from the rich history of Jodhpur, where cooking was never just a task but a way to express affection. That is why I use traditional brass containers for my dry ingredients and keep my workspace clean and orderly, ensuring that every element—from the roasted nuts to the cocoa—maintains its quality and freshness. ### Quality Without Compromise Being a 100% eggless kitchen, I have refined my recipes to ensure that texture and taste are never sacrificed. Whether I am preparing a batch of sugar-free cookies for a health-conscious client or assembling a trunk full of festive treats for a wedding, the process remains the same.
