When you choose a pairing, I select seasonal flowers—often lilies, roses, or baby's breath—to match the color palette of the gold-finished tin, ensuring the visual impact is just as memorable as the first bite. My approach to these arrangements focuses on a sensory balance. You aren't just getting a dessert; you are receiving a centerpiece. The cakes are baked 100% eggless, utilizing premium ingredients like Belgian chocolate and high-quality cocoa butter, ensuring a rich flavor profile that holds up against the moisture of fresh floral arrangements. ### Why the pairing works I have observed that gifting a standalone cake can feel purely functional. By framing the dessert within a garden of carnations and orchids, the act of receiving the gift changes. It becomes a display piece for the home before it is shared. I use reusable gold-finished metal tins for the cakes, which keeps the frosting stable and provides a keepsake long after the treats are gone. ### Practical details for your order * **Freshness:** Everything is prepared fresh in my Basavanagudi kitchen. I do not use preservatives, so I recommend enjoying the floral arrangement within 48 hours. * **Customization:** Whether you need a specific color scheme for a birthday or prefer dark chocolate over milk for a partner, the flowers and the toppings can be adjusted. * **Add-ons:** I can include personalized acrylic toppers or wax-sealed notes to make the arrangement specific to your recipient. If you are in Bengaluru and planning a surprise for an anniversary, a baby shower, or a quiet celebration at home, these sets take the pressure off your planning. You get a complete, ready-to-display gift that merges the warmth of traditional baking with modern aesthetic presentation. ## About Mithaas by Komal Chopra I am Komal Chopra.
