My team of 15 isn't just here to train; we are here to live, clean, feed, and bond with your dogs. Whether it's the daily routine or our unplanned beach outings, my team handles it all with the same love I show my own dogs, Pantu and Chaddi. ### More Than Just Trainers I’ve always believed that dog training is about building relationships, not just teaching commands. That's why I've handpicked a team that values empathy just as much as expertise. When you see our team, you’re looking at people who understand the difference between a dog needing correction and a dog needing comfort. ### Life at Our Facility Our Board and Train program at Chandivali is designed to be a 24/7 experience. We don't believe in unsupervised play or leaving dogs alone. From rigorous potty training schedules for puppies to complex aggression rehab, my team is always hands-on. Here is how we function: * **Continuous Care:** We have trainers sleeping on-site. Your dog is never left alone. * **Real-World Proofing:** We don't just train inside the facility. We take our students to beaches and public spaces to ensure they are ready for the real Mumbai life. * **Team Synergy:** We are a woman-led, tight-knit group. When I'm working through my own health challenges or focusing on my family, this team keeps the standard of care exactly where it needs to be. ### Joining the Family When your dog graduates, you don't just get a well-behaved pet. You get access to our pack walks, beach meetups, and a community of owners who care as much as you do. We take pride in our work, and we are grateful for every dog and family the universe sends our way. ## About Mitali Salvi I'm Mitali, and this isn't just my career—it’s my life. I’ve built a team of 15 incredible people here in Mumbai who treat every dog that walks through our doors like their own, and I'm so proud to introduce the faces behind the training.
