My board and train program ends with mandatory transfer sessions where I teach you exactly what your dog learned. I do not believe in handing over a fixed dog and walking away; I believe in giving you the tools to keep that progress alive at home. When you bring your dog to my facility in Chandivali, Powai, you are opting for a program that prioritizes stability over quick tricks. My team and I handle complex cases—ranging from severe leash reactivity and aggression to puppy toilet training and anxiety issues—by creating a structured environment that resets the dog's behavior. ### Why the Board and Train Model Works Every dog is genetically and temperamentally different. Because of this, we avoid the chaotic, unsupervised group play common in many kennels. Your dog gets their own individual kennel, their own set schedule for naps, meals, and play, and specific attention from our trainers. This environment allows us to address root behavioral issues like resource guarding or prey drive without the risk of dog fights or unnecessary stress. ### The Human Element The most crucial part of this process happens after the dog leaves. I require all owners to participate in extensive coaching sessions. We practice commands and real-world scenarios together until you are confident handling your dog's new habits. We also host monthly pack walks and beach meetups for graduates, ensuring you have ongoing support. ### What We Cover - **Puppy Foundation:** Toilet training, bite inhibition, and crate conditioning for pups under 6 months. - **Adult Obedience:** Leash mastery, duration work for Sit and Stay, and threshold discipline. - **Aggression & Reactivity Rehab:** Muzzle conditioning and counter-conditioning for dogs struggling with human or animal triggers. Whether you are dealing with a gunda who pulls on every walk or a nervous babai who struggles with anxiety, we are here to guide you through the process. ## About Mitali Salvi I'm Mitali.
