## About Traditional Indian Motifs

Because these traditional designs often feature dense shading and fine grid work, I exclusively use a triple-sifted organic henna paste that I mix myself. This ensures the deep, earthy maroon colour develops evenly and clearly, so your lotuses and mandalas stay vibrant on your skin for days after the ceremony ends.

Traditional Indian motifs are the foundation of my work, and there is a reason they remain the most requested style. Whether it is the intricate symmetry of a central mandala, the flowing elegance of a peacock, or the detailed petals of a lotus, these symbols carry centuries of meaning. 

### Why These Motifs Work
- **Mandalas:** Often placed in the center of the palm, these represent wholeness and focus. They are perfect for those who want a bold, statement design that looks great in photographs.
- **Peacocks & Elephants:** These are deeply rooted in Indian culture, representing grace, beauty, and strength. I often use these as cornerstones for wristbands or upper-palm details.
- **Jaali (Grid Work):** This checkerboard pattern is a classic filler that provides contrast to the heavier floral motifs, giving your hands a balanced look that is not too overwhelming.

### My Approach to Your Design
When we discuss your requirements, I look at the occasion. If it is a house warming or a smaller family function, we can focus on a single, striking mandala. For weddings or engagements, we can build a cohesive narrative across your hands using these classic elements. 

I offer home services across Bangalore, so you do not need to worry about travel. You can simply relax in your own space while I apply the henna. I also include a lemon-sugar sealant application to help the design stay in place, ensuring that when the dried henna flakes off, the stain underneath is rich, dark, and long-lasting.
