We look for hidden stresses in load-bearing walls and timber rafters, planning for surgical strengthening rather than demolition. This allows us to keep the original arches and acchukal pillars you love while making the home safe and functional for another century. Restoring a heritage home is like reading a dusty book that still holds the scent of old paper. We treat every structure as a living record. When you look at an old house, you see the walls, but we see the mortar history, the settling of the foundation, and the stories embedded in the original masonry. Our process is grounded in the 'Reduce, Reuse, Recycle' mindset. We do not believe in gutting a space to make it modern. Instead, we find the beauty in what already exists.
