They actively watch your form, adjust your posture, and shift the pace immediately if they see the group energy dipping. Whether it is a high-intensity Zumba session or a freestyle hip hop class, they know exactly when to push you harder and when to let you have fun with the rhythm. At Misaki, the trainers are the heartbeat of our community. We believe that if a workout feels like a chore, you will eventually stop showing up.
