When we take our teams abroad, we look at how you handle different playing styles, travel logistics, and the pressure of a foreign court. You are not just playing a game; you are learning to adapt your strategy in real-time, which is a massive leap from standard local training. ### Beyond the Local Court Local tournaments in Mumbai are great, but playing on an international stage in places like Malaysia or Shanghai forces players to level up instantly. You encounter different rotations, faster serves, and playing styles you haven't seen in your home league. ### How We Prepare You Our international tours are not random trips. Before the flight, we run a rigorous preparation camp in Mumbai. We don't just pick the strongest players; we pick the ones who are ready to absorb, adapt, and represent the #VolleyballFamily. * **Strategy Sessions:** We use our data-driven approach to break down opponent footage. * **Mental Toughness:** Traveling changes the game. We teach you how to maintain your focus and keep your spikes sharp even when you are outside your comfort zone. * **The Experience:** It is about the shared cake after a tough win, the travel stories, and the cultural exchange. Our players come back not just as better athletes, but as more confident individuals. ### Logistics and Support We handle the heavy lifting. From fixture management and tournament registrations to coaching staff accompaniment, we ensure your focus remains entirely on the game. Whether it is a friendly match against a reputed international club or a competitive tournament, we provide the structure you need to perform. *Baarish ho ya na ho* (rain or shine), we keep the game alive. If you are ready to stop just playing and start competing globally, let’s talk. ## About Mintonette+ Academy We started Mintonette+ to build more than just a team; we are building a family. Taking our players overseas is the highlight of our year because it is where they truly grow, seeing the sport through a global lens.
