Whether your child is aiming for school team selection or just wants to stay active, they will learn the mechanics behind every movement, ensuring they develop a game that is both intelligent and safe. Our approach to youth volleyball goes beyond simple practice. We operate with a low coach-to-player ratio of 1:12, ensuring that every participant gets individual attention to correct their posture and timing. During training sessions at our BKC and Nerul facilities, our staff focuses on foundational mechanics for U14 players, while our U17 and U19 batches dive into advanced strategy and match-grade rotations. We use specialized tools like hanging spike trainers and target nets because we believe technique is built through repetition and visual feedback. It is not just about physical fitness; it is about cognitive training, teaching athletes how to read the court and anticipate the play. Parents often ask about our selection process. We conduct structured trials to form school teams for DSO and MSSA competitions, providing a pathway for serious players to test their skills in competitive circuits. We maintain a #VolleyballFamily environment where peer support is as important as the scoreline, creating a space where kids learn resilience through wins and losses. Baarish ho ya na ho (rain or shine), our indoor training schedules ensure the progress never stalls. ## About Mintonette+ Academy We started this because we wanted more than just a club; we wanted a family where kids could grow up playing the sport we love. My team and I are personally on the court for every session, making sure your child learns the science behind the spike while actually having fun.
