Whether you are working on your defensive stance or perfecting your float serve, we focus on the physics of the movement. If you want to understand the why behind your game and train with professional Mikasa gear, let's talk about getting you on the court. Volleyball is often reduced to points and sets, but true development happens in the subtle moments. At Mintonette+ Academy, we treat the court like a laboratory. My experience as a European pro taught me that technique always beats brute force. When you train with us, you are not just repeating drills; you are learning the math behind the trajectory, the biomechanics of a perfect set, and the focus required to read an opponent. We maintain a 12:1 student-to-coach ratio to ensure that no technical error goes unnoticed. We use hanging spiking targets and setting rings to isolate mechanics, allowing you to build muscle memory that holds up under the pressure of a real match. From our hard courts in Chembur to our sessions in BKC and Nerul, our focus remains the same: building smart players who think before they act. Whether you are U-14, U-18, or an adult, you are part of a community that values progress over perfection. We keep the game alive rain or shine, because for us, the training never stops. ## About Mintonette+ Academy I am Aleksa Pavic, and I bring my European pro experience to every session here. My goal is to help you master the mechanics so you can play with true confidence.
