We use stationary spike trainers and setting rings not to show off, but to isolate your muscle memory. By hitting a ball that is perfectly positioned every time, you stop guessing the contact point and start mastering the angle. It is about precision, and it is the fastest way to fix a flawed swing. We believe that high-level performance requires high-level tools. Whether you are training at our Chembur, BKC, or Nerul courts, you are using the same gear that pros use. We strictly use FIVB-approved Mikasa V200W and V300W balls because they provide consistent flight and impact feel, which is essential for developing proper touch. Our training aids include specialized spike training rigs that allow players to practice their vertical jump and approach rhythm without chasing balls across the court. This creates high-repetition environments where you can focus entirely on the mechanics of the swing. For setting, we use precision rings that force you to aim for a specific window in the air, sharpening your accuracy over time. We bring a data-driven mindset to every session, tracking your progress with tools that remove the guesswork from your development. If you are serious about moving from beginner to advanced play, you need equipment that supports your growth. ## About Mintonette+ Academy I am Aleksa Pavic, and I believe you cannot become a pro without training like one. I bring my European experience to our courts in Chembur, BKC, and Nerul, ensuring every player has access to the same gear that top-tier athletes use worldwide.
