It is the freedom to choose venues that are hidden gems, like cliffside resorts or private heritage homes, that simply cannot accommodate a massive crowd. When we plan these celebrations, we focus on where the light hits best and how to make every single guest feel like they are part of the story, not just an attendee. ### Why go intimate? When I plan for a smaller crowd, my priority shifts from managing logistics for hundreds to creating a sensory experience for a few. An intimate wedding allows us to bring in details that would be lost in a grand ballroom. We can set up a DIY flower garland bar where guests actually participate, or place hand-drawn mehendi signages that tell your personal history. ### My approach to mindful celebrations I often find that couples are worried a smaller event might feel empty. My approach is the opposite. We use lush floral ceilings and thoughtful lighting to turn even a modest space into something warm and cocoon-like. Whether we are transforming a private property in Pune or a quiet garden space in Mumbai, the goal remains the same: to create a space that feels like an extension of your living room. We handle the timeline so that you are never rushed. Because there are fewer moving parts, we can allow for those quiet moments of connection that usually get squeezed out of larger weddings. You have my team on-site managing the flow, the ritual timings, and the guest experience, ensuring that your only job is to be present with your partner.
