Whether it is a live chaat station or a full buffet setup, my team and I handle all the logistics, setup, and cleanup so you are not stuck dealing with the food. The photos you see here are more than just snapshots; they are proof of the consistent quality my team brings to every table. Whether I am serving celebrity guests like Rekha Bhardwaj and Gajraj Rao or setting up a brunch for residents at Raheja Classique, the quality stays the same. I do not believe in a 'celebrity vs. regular client' menu—if it is on our list, it gets the same attention to detail, fresh ingredients, and signature flavor profiles. My approach to catering in Mumbai is rooted in removing the stress from your hosting duties. I focus heavily on operational flow. For live stations, like our popular Dosa or Chaat counters, we ensure the setup is seamless and the service is fast, so your guests spend time eating rather than waiting in line. For buffets, we use copper-finish chafing dishes and clean, crisp linen to ensure the presentation matches the taste. If you have seen me mentioned on social media or heard about our Dal Makhani, that is the standard we bring to every event. From corporate office lunches to lively festival celebrations, we ensure the setup is professional, the staff is uniformed, and the food arrives exactly how it should: fresh and flavorful. If you are tired of catering services that require you to manage the setup yourself, that is where I come in to help. ## About Mini's Kitchen I'm Mini. I started this in 2020 because I believe food should be more than just fuel—it should be the highlight of your event.
