My core team, from head chefs to service staff, undergoes rigorous training on hygiene protocols and crowd management before they ever step onto an event floor, ensuring that whether we are serving 50 or 50,000, the quality remains consistent. When my father, Karnail Singh, started this journey in 1951, the goal was simple: serve food that nourishes the soul. Decades later, that remains our guiding principle. My team is not just a group of employees; they are the custodians of our family recipes. We believe that hospitality is a craft, not a manufacturing process. You will see this in the way our staff manages a buffet line at a high-pressure event or how our chefs handle a live tandoor counter. We invest heavily in the people who wear the Mini Punjab uniform because they are the face of our promise to you. We have evolved our operational systems to thrive where others might falter. From the logistics of serving 70,000-plus guests at massive gatherings like the National Games to the detailed coordination required for an intimate VVIP meet, our workflow is battle-tested. We have developed specialized packing, heating, and distribution methods to ensure your guests experience fresh, hot food even in the most challenging event environments. Ultimately, we treat this work as 'seva'. This mindset dictates how we treat our ingredients, how we manage our staff, and, most importantly, how we look after your guests. It is why we have been trusted by everyone from massive corporate houses like Reliance to religious organizations requiring strict, pure saatvik food. When you hire us, you are not just getting a caterer; you are getting a team that treats your celebration with the same level of care and precision as our own family traditions. ## About Mini Punjab Caterers I carry forward the work my father started in 1951, treating every plate as a promise. My team lives by the same philosophy: that true hospitality is about making sure every single guest feels cared for, no matter how big the crowd.
