When you book us, you get the same level of attention to detail whether we are serving at a local Mumbai venue or setting up a kitchen in Japan or Iceland. ### A Journey of Flavors Since 1951 Our story began in 1951 with Karnail Singh, fueled by a commitment to authentic Punjabi cuisine and impeccable hospitality. What started with three iconic dishes has evolved into a global culinary empire. We have taken our traditions beyond borders, bringing the taste of home to international stages in places like Japan and Iceland, always maintaining the standards that built our reputation. ### The Team That Makes It Happen The magic behind your event is our team. It is a mix of veteran chefs, hospitality managers, and service captains who treat every gathering as a personal challenge. Our kitchen team has served everyone from VVIPs and government dignitaries to corporate giants like Reliance and Mahindra. We rely on a system of precision, using modern tools like QR code menus to ensure your guests have a seamless dining experience while we focus on the craft. ### Why Our Approach Works - **Authenticity in Scale:** We prepare fresh, high-quality food regardless of whether the guest list is 50 or 50,000. - **Global Gastronomy:** While our roots are Punjabi, our culinary team includes experts in Pan-Asian, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisines. - **The 'Seva' Mindset:** We view our job as hospitality, not just logistics. Making your guests feel comfortable and well-fed is our priority. Our chefs understand that food is the heart of an event. By combining years of experience with a passion for innovation, we ensure your event—be it a corporate gala or a traditional social gathering—is handled with the professional rigor it deserves. ## About Mini Punjab Caterers We are the team behind Mini Punjab, and for us, catering is deeply personal. We have grown from our roots in 1951 to serving thousands across the globe, but our focus remains on treating every event with the same love we would offer our own family.
