I provide the eggless sponge, the frosting, the tools, and even a grazing table with snacks and drinks. You'll go from a blank cake to a fully decorated, Pinterest-worthy bento cake in about three hours, so you get all the creative fun without the stress of managing the prep work. ### Why the Sip & Frost workshop? If your weekend routine involves the same cafe-hopping, I’m here to change that. I started these sessions at my studio in Sector 49, Noida, because baking shouldn't be a solitary chore. It’s a space to mess up, laugh, and actually learn how to stack and frost a cake properly. ### What happens in the session? Over 2.5 to 3 hours, we strip away the technical stress. You start with a blank eggless sponge and work your way up to a pro-finish bento cake. * **Step-by-step:** I’ll walk you through slicing, crumb coating, and piping. No experience is expected, and no judgment is passed if your piping bag goes rogue. * **The Vibe:** It’s social. We keep the music going, the grazing table is always stocked with snacks, and it’s a perfect setting for a date, a friends' catch-up, or just some me-time. * **The Takeaway:** You walk out with your own 300g-400g bento cake in an aesthetic box. It’s a flex to say you made it yourself. ### Common questions * **Do I need to bring anything?** Nope. Everything from the apron to the palette knife is provided. Sab kuch included hai. * **Is this good for beginners?** Definitely. Whether you’ve never held a piping bag or you’re a hobby baker, the techniques are easy to pick up. * **Can I book for a group?** Absolutely. I do private group sessions and corporate team-building events—just hit me up to coordinate. ## About Mini Mousse Bakery I’m Sonali, and yes, my days are basically cake scraps and coffee.
