I focus on simple formations and clear cues that help students—even the shy ones—feel comfortable and confident rather than just copying moves. My goal is to ensure every child walks off that stage with a smile, not just a routine done right. ### My Approach to School Performances When I work with schools for annual days or youth workshops in Noida and Greater Noida, the priority is always the collective energy. It is not about perfect technical execution; it is about performance value. * **Formations & Spatial Awareness:** I design routines that utilize the entire stage. We use V-shapes, diagonal lines, and circles. These formations look professional from the audience perspective but are easy for students to follow during the chaos of a live show. * **Inclusive Choreography:** I make sure the steps are accessible. Whether you have 20 students or 100, I break down the routines into chunks. If a student forgets a step, we fix it with a laugh, not pressure. * **Logistics & Audio:** I handle the technical side of the show, including track cutting, tempo adjustments, and creating seamless medleys. I know how hectic school event prep can get, so I keep my rehearsal schedule flexible to fit around school hours, exam weeks, and extracurriculars. ### Why Schools Choose Me My rule is always "एनर्जी के साथ" (with energy). My background in Bollywood, Hip-hop, and fitness training means I can adapt the style to the school's theme, whether it is a traditional folk dance, a high-octane Bollywood number, or a contemporary piece. I have worked with diverse age groups, from primary school kids to teenagers, and I know how to keep their attention focused while making sure they are having fun. If you are looking for a choreographer who brings a, 'let’s do this' attitude to your campus, let’s talk. ## About Shubham Sharma I’m Shubham. For me, dance is about community and energy, and there is nothing like the buzz of a school stage. I love guiding students to find their groove, making sure the ones in the back row shine just as bright as the ones in the front.
