Since we run these sessions throughout the week in our air-conditioned hall, kids build real rhythm and stamina without feeling like they are in a rigid, traditional gym class. Our approach to movement is simple: if they are laughing, they are learning. We focus on freestyle dance and hula hoop tricks that build coordination, core strength, and rhythm. Whether it is learning the latest Bollywood steps or mastering the art of keeping the hoop spinning, we ensure the environment is always lighthearted and encouraging. ### Why kids love our movement sessions: * **Age-Appropriate Fitness:** Activities designed specifically for ages 2.5 to 8 years, focusing on gross motor skills and spatial awareness. * **Skill Building:** We combine fitness games, obstacle courses, and dance routines to improve agility and focus. It is not just about steps; it is about building confidence through movement. * **Safe Studio Space:** Our air-conditioned activity center in Vivek Vihar is fully fitted with soft play mats, making it safe for tumbling, jumping, and energetic dance moves. * **Friday Fun:** Every week ends with a special event, where kids get to show off their new moves, whether in our fashion shows or during themed dance parties. We avoid strict, drill-based choreography that feels like pressure. Instead, we use music and interactive games to encourage kids to express themselves. It is the perfect way to burn off extra energy after school and make new friends in the neighborhood. ## About Miles of Smiles We are Sapna and Vidhi, two moms from Vivek Vihar who started Miles of Smiles because we wanted more than just boring classes for our kids.
