We introduce kids to arm tricks, coordination games, and group challenges that turn a simple activity into a full-body workout, teaching your child that fitness can be a game rather than a chore. Whether your child is a complete beginner or looking to master tricky spin combinations, our hoop sessions in Vivek Vihar are designed to be engaging. We move beyond basic waist hooping to include arm movements, leg coordination, and partner games that keep energy levels high throughout the 60-minute sessions. We keep our groups small, with 6 to 12 children per batch, ensuring every child gets the attention needed to master new tricks. The classroom environment is safe and air-conditioned, featuring tiled flooring that is perfect for trying out new movements without worry. Why hula hooping? It builds core strength, improves gross motor skills, and provides a necessary break from screen time or homework.
