We mix popular Bollywood tracks with freestyle moves so kids feel comfortable on the floor immediately, whether they are total beginners or little pros. At Miles of Smiles, we believe the best kind of movement happens when kids are just being themselves. Our dance sessions are designed for children aged 2.5 to 8+ years, focusing on building coordination, stamina, and a genuine love for staying active. Located right here in Vivek Vihar, our studio offers a safe, air-conditioned space where kids can let loose. Each 60-minute session is kept to a small group of 6 to 12 children. This ensures that every child gets individual attention, whether they’re learning the basics of Bollywood choreography, practicing freestyle grooves, or trying introductory aerobics. We don't just teach steps; we create a space where your child can gain confidence, learn to work in a team, and burn off that endless energy in the healthiest way possible. We also love capturing these moments! We frequently record short snippets of our routines, so you get to see your child's progress and the sheer joy on their face while they perform. It’s all about the 'masti'—seeing them laugh, move, and grow together. ## About Miles of Smiles We're Sapna and Vidhi, the moms behind Miles of Smiles. We created this space because we wanted our kids—and yours—to have a place that’s buzzing with energy, not just school books. We believe every child has a dancer inside, and our job is just to turn up the music and let them shine!
