At this age, it is about 'play-based learning'—using fun, short drills to build coordination and confidence. Whether your child is 3 or 7, they learn how to control the ball, move with purpose, and most importantly, have a great time while doing it. At Milan Football Academy, we believe in 'small feet, big dreams.' For our youngest players, the goal is simple: fall in love with the ball. We replace intense, repetitive drills with engaging, story-based exercises that keep 3 to 6-year-olds excited to return the next day. ### Building the Foundation We use agility ladders, colorful cones, and games like 'red light, green light' with a ball to teach coordination. It is about developing the 'first touch' and spatial awareness without the pressure of a formal match. We want our youngest champs to feel comfortable with the ball at their feet, not intimidated by it. ### The 'Milan' Way: Versatility We rotate our training locations across Navi Mumbai—from the controlled environment of artificial turf in Vashi, Koparkhairane, and Nerul, to the natural earth grounds in other sectors. We introduce this variety early on because football is played everywhere.
