The intensity you see on the field is a direct result of our weekly tactical scrimmages where coaches provide live feedback on positioning and decision-making. If you want to know how your child stacks up against competitive league standards, our match days are the perfect litmus test. ### Turning Practice into Performance Our Gameday Action gallery is not just about the highlights; it is about the hours of effort put into the Mumbai Football Association (MFA) Yuva Premier League and WIFA State League fixtures. We split training between school turfs for technical drills and public gymkhanas for endurance. This mix prepares our players for the varying conditions of competitive tournaments, from the Pune Cup to the Rising Cup in Ahmedabad. ### Our Match-Day Approach Our approach involves pre-game tactical talks, in-game positioning adjustments, and post-match video breakdowns. We focus on the 'why' behind every movement, whether it is defensive transitions in a 1-on-1 situation or finding the open man during an attack. ### Frequently Asked Questions **What is the difference between your match day and a regular session?** Our match days are for applying skills under pressure. We rotate squad members to ensure everyone gets game time, but we prioritize players who show commitment to our weekly training drills. **Do you have teams for all ages?** Yes. Whether you are an U-7 player just starting your journey or part of our senior men's squad fighting for league points, expect to be challenged at every session. **Where can I see the team play?** We rotate our venues across Airoli, Koparkhairane, Ghansoli, Vashi, and Nerul, and our competitive squads travel frequently for regional tournaments. ## About Milan Football Academy Football is life for us at Milan.
