We use adjustable 8ft backdrops that require no heavy rigging or drilling, and we secure our gold Urlis with non-slip bases so they remain steady while you are seated. We also use premium fabric marigolds that maintain that signature vibrant yellow look throughout the entire event without wilting under the lights. Your Haldi ceremony is the heart of pre-wedding fun, but fitting a full-scale setup into a Mumbai apartment takes specific planning. Whether you have a compact living area in Andheri or a spacious terrace in Kandivali, our setups are designed to maximize the space you have. ### Traditional Meets Modern We often mix the classic yellow and orange marigold drapes with modern elements like circular floral rings and custom neon signs. This gives you that traditional vibe for the elders while keeping the background clean and bright for your photography. If you prefer a more rustic look, we can switch to brass Urlis, bajots, and traditional props like Rajasthani umbrellas. ### What to Expect During Setup We handle the entire process. Our team arrives early to clear the designated ritual area, install the backdrop, and place the lighting. We use LED PAR cans to ensure you are not fighting with shadows in your photos. Since we know Mumbai homes have varying layouts, we bring modular equipment that can be adjusted on-site, meaning no need for permanent fixtures. ### Planning Your Haldi Decor We recommend finalizing your theme at least two weeks before the date, especially if you want specific neon signage or customized floral combinations. If you are unsure whether your venue can accommodate a stage or just a backdrop, send us a quick message with your space photos. We will help you choose a package that fits your home layout perfectly. ## About Midaas Events We are Team Midaas, and we are all about creating those 'Pinterest-perfect' setups that actually work in real Mumbai apartments.
