Whether it is a home setup in Mumbai or a destination event in Lonavla, my team and I transport all the equipment ourselves to maintain the exact standard of decor we promised. You do not have to worry about local vendors or last minute hiccups, because we are on site managing every setup from start to finish. Planning an event is often chaotic, but we approach it with a clear, step-by-step strategy. When you hire us, you are not just getting decor; you are getting a dedicated team that treats your venue as our own. ### Logistics and Setup Our process begins with a site visit to understand the space constraints, whether it is a cozy apartment in Andheri or a large terrace in Borivali. We map out the electricity points for lighting, the structural requirements for backdrops, and the flow of traffic for guests. This planning phase ensures that when we arrive, the installation is swift and efficient. ### Traveling for Events Distance is not a barrier for us. We frequently travel from our office in Kandivali to locations like Lonavla for destination events. This involves careful packing of fragile floral elements, neon signage, and heavy frames. By handling the transport in-house, we reduce the risk of damage or delays, ensuring that your setup is ready on time. ### Why Our Team Matters You might see the final look in the photos, but the real work happens hours before. It is about coordinating with venue staff, managing the timing for lighting, and making sure the balloon arches are perfectly aligned. Our goal is to handle the logistics so that you, the host, can focus on your family. ## About Midaas Events We are Team Midaas, and for us, event planning is about taking the entire load off your shoulders. We love being on the ground, whether it is a home setup in Kandivali or a destination celebration in Lonavla, ensuring every detail is perfect so you can just enjoy the day.
