I specialize in fitting elegant, modern backdrops—complete with floral rings and lighting—into both standard banquet layouts and home living rooms, ensuring the stage becomes the perfect frame for your photos without cramping the venue. Your engagement or reception is a highlight of your wedding journey, and the decor sets the tone. When we plan these setups, my priority is balancing aesthetics with functionality. For most engagements, I recommend a focused focal point rather than cluttering the entire room. My 'Premium Floral Ring Stage' is popular because it works well in both compact apartments and large halls. It features an 8ft floral-wrapped metal ring arch, which serves as a clean, modern backdrop that doesn't overwhelm the space. I integrate custom neon signs like 'Better Together' or 'Just Married' to add that personal, modern touch that looks great in professional photos and mobile snapshots alike. Since I work across Mumbai, from Andheri to Borivali, I am very familiar with the logistical constraints of local banquet halls. If you are planning an at-home function, I use adjustable stands and carpet matting to define the ritual area without damaging your home flooring. We handle the lighting setup, including LED PAR cans and fairy light curtains, so you do not have to worry about the technical details on the day of the event. My approach is to handle the logistics so you aren't running around managing vendors. Whether you have a specific Pinterest theme in mind or just want something romantic and minimal, I sit down with you to finalize the floral color palette and prop selection. If you have a unique space, let me know during our site visit—I have yet to find a room I couldn't make look special. ## About Midaas Events I started Midaas Events because I saw too many couples stressing over setup details instead of enjoying their engagement. I take your ideas and build them into a real, polished setup. Whether it is a home ceremony or a larger reception, I handle everything from the floral arch to the neon sign, so you don't have to lift a finger.
