You are in the pool with your child the entire time, following our coach’s guidance from the deck or water. This creates a secure, low-pressure environment where your little one learns to love the water through play, songs, and sensory activities. ### Building Water Confidence Together Our program for children aged 6 months to 3 years is designed to be their first happy introduction to the water. We believe that swimming is a life skill that starts with bonding. By participating together, you help your child build trust in the water, which is the foundation for all future swimming progression. ### Why Parents Choose the 'Get Wet' Program * **Structured, Non-Contact Teaching:** Our coaches instruct from the deck or water using a non-contact method, meaning you provide the physical support your child needs. This ensures your child feels secure with you, while receiving expert guidance on proper handling techniques. * **Safe Environment:** Safety is our priority. Every session includes dedicated lifeguard supervision on the pool deck. Our pools are temperature-controlled at 30°C to ensure your baby is comfortable, even during colder months or the monsoon. * **Small Group Focus:** We maintain a strict 1:6 coach-to-student ratio. This ensures that every pair gets the individual attention necessary to progress at their own pace. * **Skill Progression:** While the primary focus is acclimatization, our curriculum introduces core water concepts like buoyancy, balance, and breath control through play. ### What to Expect Each session lasts 40 to 45 minutes. We use sensory tools like floating mats and noodles to make every exercise feel like a game. Whether you are in Mumbai, Pune, or elsewhere in our network, the experience remains consistent: clean facilities, warm water, and a supportive community of parents. By the time your child is ready for solo lessons, they will already have the water confidence and safety awareness to thrive. ## About Michael Phelps Swimming We have brought the Michael Phelps swimming approach to India to help families bond and build water safety together.
