We maintain a strict 1:6 coach-to-student ratio so you are not lost in a crowded pool. Whether you are an adult seeking stroke correction or a parent nervous about your child's first time in the water, our team is trained to handle your specific needs with patience and precision. ### Why Our Coaching Matters We believe that who teaches you is as important as what you are taught. Our swimming academy follows a standardized curriculum across all our centers in Mumbai, Pune, and beyond. Every instructor undergoes rigorous training in the Phelps Method, focusing on technical accuracy and student safety. ### The No-Touch Advantage Our no-touch teaching policy is a critical part of our safety and skill-building protocol. It forces students to internalize the movement, gain water confidence, and understand the physics of their strokes rather than relying on a coach to physically manipulate their limbs. This builds faster, more resilient swimmers who truly understand their technique. ### Meet Our Nationally Ranked Mentors We recognize excellence in our instructors. Coaches like Sonu Yadav at Willingdon Catholic Gymkhana in Santacruz, Rahul Sawant at The Classique Club in Andheri, and Aryan Shirbate at The Ileseum Club in Bavdhan represent the quality we bring to every pool. They are not just swimmers; they are professionals dedicated to tracking your progress session by session. ### Personalized Attention Because we cap group sizes at six, your coach has the bandwidth to provide individual visual feedback, correct your breathing patterns, or guide you through a tumble turn. You are not just learning to swim; you are learning from people who are committed to your success. Whether you are training for competitive swim meets or simply learning to float, our coaches provide the structured feedback needed to track your progress. ## About Michael Phelps Swimming We do not just teach swimming; we build water confidence. Our team is handpicked for their patience and technical expertise, ensuring every session is safe, structured, and focused entirely on your goals.
