Whether you need to fix your flip turn or dial in your freestyle rhythm, they provide the specific technical cues that translate into faster times and efficient energy use. ### Proven Expertise in Every Lane We believe the quality of your training depends entirely on the person guiding you. That is why our coaches are not just certified instructors; they are mentors committed to the 'Phelps Way' of swimming. Our team includes All-India Rank winning coaches like Sonu Yadav in Santacruz, Rahul Sawant in Andheri, and Aryan Shirbate in Bavdhan, all of whom bring deep technical knowledge to our centers across Mumbai and Pune. ### The Methodology That Works Instruction is provided verbally and visually from the deck, ensuring safety and allowing coaches to see your full stroke cycle without obstructing your movement. This no-touch approach is designed to: * **Improve Stroke Mechanics:** We break down freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly into actionable steps. * **Build Endurance:** Coaches manage your training volume to ensure you progress safely from 1.5km to 3km distances for triathlon or competitive goals. * **Enhance Racing Strategy:** For those in our Pre-Competitive and Elite squads, our coaches teach race-day essentials like high-speed turns, underwater fly-kicks, and mental preparation. ### Why Choose Our Coaching Team? Our coaches are selected for their ability to communicate complex techniques simply. They know that a slight adjustment in your hand entry or body rotation can shave seconds off your time. Whether you are a beginner looking to gain water confidence or a master swimmer chasing a new personal best, you get a dedicated professional who tracks your progress through every phase of your training cycle. ## About Michael Phelps Swimming We do not believe in one-size-fits-all training. Our coaches are the backbone of our program, bringing years of competitive experience to every lane at our centers. They are here to make sure you get the specific technical adjustments required to reach your next milestone.
