Because I teach these same methods to photographers at national workshops, you can rest assured that your family—especially your newborn—is in highly experienced, careful hands. Building a career in maternity and newborn photography has been a journey of constant learning. Being featured in publications like Femina and Women Fitness India wasn't just about the publicity; it was a moment to pause and realize that my decision to leave a corporate career to pursue my passion was the right one. My work as a Canon Maestro and my role in teaching fellow photographers at summits like the Belly Baby Summit and national workshops keep my skills sharp. When I’m not behind the camera in my Gurgaon studio, I’m often mentoring others on lighting, posing, and the importance of creating a calm, safe environment for babies. This means when you book a session with me, you are getting the benefit of both my artistic eye and years of technical practice. Whether it is a maternity shoot with high-fashion couture gowns or a quiet, early-days newborn session, I apply the same level of professional detail that has earned recognition from industry experts and media houses alike. ## About Memories by Barkha Hi, I’m Barkha. I started this journey in a small room in my house, and now I’m here, capturing your beautiful beginnings with the same heart I started with. It’s not just about the awards on my shelf, but the real, unfiltered smiles I get to photograph every day.
