To prevent this, I use a specific lemon-sugar sealant that locks the dye deep into the skin, ensuring your design stays crisp even if you are moving between rituals. Because foot skin can sometimes be tougher than the palms, the paste mixture I use for feet is specifically balanced for a deep, long-lasting maroon stain. I also pay close attention to the placement of motifs—ensuring that the patterns around your ankles don't interfere with your anklets or footwear.
