To get that deep, maroon stain you see in these photos, you must apply the henna at least 24 to 48 hours before your big event. The colour matures naturally over time, so give it that window to fully develop and shine for your celebrations. ### Why Organic Henna Matters I’ve been working with henna in Bangalore for over 10 years, and one thing I’ve learned is that chemistry and art don't mix well on skin. That’s why I stopped using store-bought, chemical-heavy cones years ago. My organic henna cones are homemade with triple-sifted Rajasthani Sojat powder, essential oils like clove or eucalyptus, and lemon juice. No PPD, no fake colourants. It’s safe for everyone from little kids to brides with sensitive skin. ### The Stain Story When I apply my henna, it will look bright orange at first. Don’t panic! This is how natural henna behaves. Over the next 24 to 48 hours, it will darken into a rich, deep maroon or mahogany. Because there are no synthetic dyes forcing the colour, it stays vibrant for about 5 to 6 days and then begins to fade gracefully without peeling or cracking. ### Planning Your Booking Since my paste is freshly mixed and highly perishable—it stays fresh for only 4 days at room temperature—I prepare it based on your booking. I travel across Bengaluru for bridal mehendi, engagement ceremonies, and festive occasions. Please reach out and book your slot at least 10 to 15 days in advance so I can ensure your organic cones are ready for your special day.
