When I work on traditional patterns like these, I focus on getting a dark, consistent stain that lasts, whether I am doing a simple floral mandala for a festival or full-coverage jaal work. Traditional Indian mehendi is all about the details. From the dense coverage of a classic jaal (net) pattern to specific symbols like peacocks, elephants, and lotus flowers, every element has a place. My goal is to ensure the design feels balanced, whether you need something for a Varamahalakshmi puja, a wedding ceremony, or a family get-together. I have spent over six years practicing these specific strokes. You might notice in my work that I favor symmetry and clean, defined lines. Because I prepare my own organic henna cones, the paste provides a rich, reddish-brown stain that develops beautifully over 24 to 48 hours. I do not use store-bought cones, as they often contain chemicals that can harm the skin. Whether you need a quick design for an event or a detailed arm-length pattern, I bring my workspace to you. I travel frequently to homes and venues across Bangalore, Channapatna, Ramanagara, and Mysore to make your ceremony as comfortable as possible.
