My team is almost entirely composed of former students who have excelled in my 40-day bridal course, ensuring every client receives the same level of precision, professionalism, and consistent design quality that I personally guarantee. Building a team from my students was not the initial plan. It began as a desire to pass on the techniques I refined over seven years of practice. When students consistently hit 'stain goals' and demonstrated the patience required for intricate bridal work, the transition to working together felt natural. My students undergo the same rigorous training I used to build my own practice. We focus on the fundamentals that matter in a commercial setting: - **Cone pressure control and line clarity:** The basics that dictate how clean your design looks. - **Bridal anatomy:** Understanding facial proportions and figure placement for portraits, doli scenes, and varmala rituals. - **Paste chemistry:** Mastering natural henna mixing to ensure every bride gets a deep, lasting stain. Working as a team allows us to handle large-scale wedding bookings across Mumbai without compromising on the quality of work or speed.
