When customers tell us that our Rajma is perfectly balanced or the rotis are soft, it confirms that our focus on using less oil and fresh, traditional spices is working. This constant loop of honest feedback is exactly how we have refined our kitchen processes over the years to ensure you receive healthy, reliable food, whether it is for a daily office tiffin or a special family gathering. For us, cooking is personal. Whether it is a regular lunch subscription for a student or a bulk catering order for a kitty party, the feedback we get remains our biggest metric for success. We are not a commercial factory kitchen. Everything you see mentioned in our reviews—from our White Paneer Gravy to our Dry Matar Paneer—is cooked in our FSSAI-approved kitchen in Omicron II, using the same ingredients we would use for our own family. ### Why Our Process Matters - **Balanced Spices:** We avoid the heavy, oily masalas common in mass-produced catering. Our goal is to ensure you feel light and energized after a meal, not sluggish. - **Feedback-Driven Menu:** If a customer suggests a tweak, we listen. We have adjusted our meal boxes based on requests for better variety, ensuring our weekly menu keeps things interesting without losing that home-cooked comfort. - **Reliability:** Food is only as good as its delivery. When we receive praise for our timing, it is thanks to our structured daily schedule where I personally oversee the logistics to ensure your food reaches you while it is still fresh. We know that trusting a new food service can be difficult. That is why we share these raw, honest reviews. They are the best way to understand our quality, our hygiene standards, and the care Pooja ji puts into every dish. ## About Mehar Tiffin and Catering I am Himanshu, and I run Mehar Tiffin with Pooja ji, who handles the kitchen. We are a family-run team, not a large company, and we focus entirely on making sure your meal actually tastes like it came from a home kitchen in Omicron II.
